2) Where I'm at, the authorities can SEIZE YOUR PROPERTY if you use it or allow its use for illicit purposes.I don't think they can seize it for being a brothel but they can seize it if drugs are being manufactured or sold from there.I like Tim W's idea, get a good fire and brimstone baptist preacher to hold your sessions during her business hours and this will solve itself fairly quickly.

Nice fixtures,but cheap, and try and find fixture covers that will not break when the tenant drops it while replacing a bulb.No horizontal blinds but rather vertical blinds where we must provide window treatments, and always the same manufacturer so that we can maintain a stock of replacement parts.

@Skye Penland I think DFW still looks strong....depending on your views I heard something the other day that I had not ever heard of before or thought of before, but one really good economic advisor said...if you are a company looking to put in a manufacturing plant, or some other type of business, do you want to go to NY, NJ, CA, Chicago, etc...that are very labor friendly or do you want to go to a right to work state like Texas?
