Unless you are a CPA or hire one full time an individual cannot keep all these webs from being compromised.Some DSCR lenders want LLC vesting, about half do not.I feel like I personally pay for Newsom to jet around boosting other states elections with my AMT on top of all the fees.

If it is a smaller unit, and it is in the higher quarter of the comps in terms of $/sqr ft, I don't think there is much margin left there in the near term to boost rents.
