In my experience of designing boiler systems, the expansion tank is always on the supply line.

I was looking at Home Depot and most of the selection has more ornate design than I want or is MDF which just seems cheap to me.  

I like the way Kwikset is designed, they install fast.

You can also look at any institution's information and see their loan concentrations, residential and commercial, usually you can assume that the one generating the most loans in your area must have more experience.

I designed the house to live in, and didn't want to be worrying about scratches, etc.

Licensing laws were designed to protect the public where agency situations exist.

I've spent the majority of my time designing my marketing campaign, but before I launch I'd like to have at least a basic game plan to convert leads (assuming a couple trickle in from the first mailer).  

I have a background and passion in design and home furnishing and think that I could put this to excellent use in the flipping business.
