I don't like that if a part breaks, it can shut you.Full-service is a real business with employees, maintenance, marketing, finance, advertising, inventory, compliance, customer care, utilities, vendors, supplies, etc., etc., etc.

Take the next step, go hang out at a mobile home dealership and they'll put you on commission.Dollars to doughnuts any small dealer financing mobile homes will not be compliant under Dodd-Frank, might read threads by @Ken Rishel, unless they are hooked up with a brokerage or compliance team. :)

But wait there's more - lender u/w departments and compliance departments use some very good informational software tools that may scare you to know that they automatically cross reference addresses you've shared on the internet, distance from home to work to other RE owned, addresses you share with creditors and much more.
