I would suggest that you familiarize yourself with the eviction process locally so that you are prepared and not scrambling at the last minute if the need to evict arises.  

Most stories involving landlords having issues with tenants when they live in the same building generally arise from the landlord not maintaining a professional relationship with their tenants.

A rising tide raises all ships.

You do however need to keep an adequate reserve of capital to cover unexpected expenses that arise.

I also think as more debt-related issues arise across the globe, the central banks will be doing the same thing.

Several months later drama arises between the first 2 and the new 3 and the first 2 move out suddenly leaving an unpaid hydro bill which doesn’t get paid and hydro is cut April first.

But now its pages long, and if the old tenants dont like the new terms, then they must move on when the time arises.  

What problems arise?

And if the situation arises, if I need any advice, in any future real estate endeavors, being that you have a much greater knowledge, and Im trying to learn as much as possible, before I make any desicions.
