I want to start using my license in any way I can within the real estate profession, but with a full-time job already, I could only work in real estate late afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

Good afternoon BiggerPockets,I have found a property in North Carolina that I am wanting to turn into a wedding venue.

I do a lot of my meet ups on Fridays (Afternoons) at Flingers. 

This afternoon, I was at the courthouse filing for an emergency possession hearing (because they had reported leaking pipes...which I verified were leaking through the floor into the basement), and when I came back, their keys were in my mailbox!
