I wish I had some "insider secret" to tell them to help them tap some hidden source of deals, but the fact remains that it is a tough market right now.I'm in a private mastermind group with people who many of you might know - well known podcasters and personalities on this site.

There are lots of 'mentors' and 'coaches' and 'experts' out there that are happy to take big money from beginners in exchange for the 'secrets' and the 'fast track to millions' when it comes to real estate and business. 

That way, if they are actually interested it starts the conversation, it may be that they have secretly wanted to get started but don't know how.

Here is the secret sauce!  

They don't have any secret information in their binders of CD sets and illegible, photocopied forms from the 1980s that they're still reusing that you can't find online or in a book.Good luck!
