The posted value of the house per the county assessor is below purchase price but we have $40k in equity not counting what we have done to the house.

We purchased the vacant land on 1/29/23 and built the duplex that spring/summer.

Hi there;  one way that has worked for me is to create an account with my bank ie: If I purchased a 4 unit at 1014 Lincoln- I then would open a bank account called Trust 1014.
