Bought a house, fully intending on living there. Got pregnant and covid hit. Did the entire job ourselves because we had to in order to have a home to live in. Replaced everything. Plumbing, Electric, HVAC, Drywall, Gas etc. Spent around $50,000 on everything plus $36,000 for the house. Sold 2 years later for $275,000
