I'm going to assume that the fact that you're involved means this is a little shadier (on the current owners part) than just selling a few mobile homes a month on owner financing and not using a licensed originator for the note.

Hi guys i searching and studying info about tax deed sales for couples months and decide to went to the auction before did me research about good properties and later search info about propertys deeds and owner,s past and won a property with 1.5 acree and a 1987 mobile home wait until the county send me the tax deed and i get in the property.One of the neighbors came inside the land and ask me what im doing there so im explain him i bought the property he said the owner daughters a a title for that property but i check in the county files and just found the warranty deed from past owner in just her name a saying single house was paid cash so no morgatge was involucrated her daughter can claim the property ?

As I mentioned I work for an investor spend most of my time dealing with his stuff.only investing I have done for myself has been in mobile homes so far and several lots two acres or less and two at a nearby lake Quick and easy on mobiles check county for taxes and tag agent for a lien and if it has to be moved I have someone When I unload afew of above I plan on jumping into houses and have two guys I would hire if financially able it would be nice to hire it all out and just find deals Have tons to learn
