Hello everyone, if someone knows which company is better for cold calling when it comes to calculating KPIs and lead quality, please let me know. 

I would recommend just contacting them and be as open as you were here and have a discussion on what transpired, why and where any confusion came in from either side. 

With your experience, would you recommend buying a home now at a higher interest rate with a $100K price reduction in a buyer's market, or waiting 6 months for lower interest rates and the potential return of bidding wars?

If you plan on doing 20% down, I would just recommend going with a traditional conventional loan...

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Normally, I would suggest that you simply form the Series LLC, but since you are posting from California I would have another strategy I would recommend.

Are there any towns in MA or NH that you can recommend that would have a better cash flow and appreciation?

Would greatly appreciate any Realtor recommendations that you've worked with in purchasing an AirBNB who would know more about local ordinances/best areas to buy as well.Thanks for the help!
