All I know is that if you're going to carry a gun, you need to know how to shoot it quickly and accurately...here's something to aspire to:http://www.yourdailymedia.com/media/1231247832/Fastest_Gunman_EverThe two balloon trick isn't using real bullets (if you fire blanks from that distance you'll pop any balloons in the vicinity), but I've seen other vids of this guy using real bullets and he's pretty impressive.Though he comes off as a bit of a douchebag in the video...Enjoy!

Go to craigslist, Philippines, Manila - Post in the 'jobs' or 'gig' section and have a simple 'squeeze page' made (so you can capture name, phone, and email) and make a video of yourself that says you have access to properties before they come on the MLS, deals from banks, short sales, etc (or something else of high value to buyers/investors).
