I gave a fully functional 1980s fridge, and one of those giant garage freezers that were popular in decades past, away to the first person that showed up with a truck, like 2 months ago.

Nobody even complains about her, they pay somebody to drive around and look for things to complain about.They even sent me a nasty letter about a truck I park legally on the city street.

As a matter of fact, I would like one on the toilet, so when little trucks get flushed we can macerate those as well.

Then, once you're here, you look for another trucking job where you don't have to unload.  

I have no money and I need someone that has a truck and can get materials to the apartment to fix up the apartments.  

I once offered a tenant to pay for their moving truck if they left the place spotless when they left, and that was enough to avoid a lengthy eviction process.Everyone who says you need to fire your property manager is also correct, in my opinion.

What I think helped ( besides paying my Pop to clean up the yard-- he tears down houses and other stuff involving loud trucks and dirt for a living) was the constant communication with the city inspector's office and the named inspector and promises to put up a privacy fence.

It took a year to settle when a truck hit my house so good luck to her.One other time my employer hit my landlords car, each them brought it up to me and I had no response (young and clueless at the time), that was actually the best thing I could have done.

Unfortunately, from my experience, if you did this, you'd then notice the new shoes she's wearing, or a fresh tattoo, or an expensive manicure, or new tires on the truck, or they'd blubber thanks without thinking like, "Oh man, you are a lifesaver.  

Hi Garrett, not positive on your issue with the deduction but i park my Semi truck in my driveway and it occasionally leaks oil on it, this site helped me with removing it..
