and I respond with  " Hiiiiiiii how are YOU doing today  goooood morning to you"..suddenly... they completely change their attitude..

People still needed a place to live and those places were suddenly a lot more affordable.

In my state, WA, threatening conduct by a tenant can result in modest, but real costs to the landlord (sudden loss of the good tenant).

All of a sudden today I check my credit Score after almost 2 years and I was shocked to see a decent score as I had a investment property which i have sold and other positive things on credit. 

The road that I live on also has a sidewalk everywhere except for in front of my house and I don't want them to suddenly decide that it needs one as well as dealing with all the sewer stuff.

I've also had issues where all of the sudden they freeze charges, then say it's because they thought it was fraud.  

The contractor work all of a sudden gets more expensive and then you will argue about your commission to list the property.

Had a heavy Russian or other Baltic accent so started to act like he suddenly didnt understand me.3. 4 yorkies (someone died so she took his 3 to create a matched set), sounds like a beginning hoarder …4.  3 adult cats, 1 kitten, 1 dog (obviously the cats arent spayed)5.  4 “service” dogs (yeah right just tryin to evade pet fee)6.  

They didn't suddenly got a tag in the public registry that says, "Jeramiah Poopenburger now is motivated".The only way to find motivated sellers... is when they find YOU!

You may still have a great deal on your hands, but many of the local investors I have spoken with are hesitant to jump into anything near LSU because of the surge in new constructions.
