Most HML are smaller shops that are owner operator .. the owner operator will be very very versed at the market and will actually guide you so you don't make a bone head purchase  IE they won't lend on it because its not a good deal..Most website on line lenders will frustrate you @Jacklyn Cheatham I would not take this person advice... 2 posts and only recommends one lender who she is probably affiliated with... careful on BP about lender scams.

Your service should use human verifiers, or you can be scammed. 

I won't be moving into it, and using that rule was a scam that was overly abused by landlords so new legislation just passed requiring the landlord or family to live there for 12 months.

She was 2 hours away from getting scammed out of a $5,000 upfront fee from a "lender".

You were not duped, scammed, lied to, or anything of the sort, and your attitude is a piss poor way of getting people to share information with you.

Whether he's a scam artist or not, what I do know is that I need to start building a network to get started.

@John Thedford when you are started placing a $10 EM is better than placing $0 or no money when wholesaling a property.If you have big funds to play with big money, do it, but don't say that we are scamming the people when at the end they get the house sold, which is what they wanted in the first place
