@David SladewskiAssuming that you have a lease allowing you to sublease WITHOUT landlords permission on a DAILY RENTAL basis, and assuming you’re not in violation of any city, state or municipal ordinances, and assuming you obtain any licensure necessary to operate, you’d be advised to project a break even point and run a spreadsheet of profit or loss at various occupancy rates.The key is to correctly account for ALL expenses, and accurately project average nightly rate and occupancy rate.
