It is a two bedroom, one bath condo unit in Oak Lawn, a southwest suburb of Chicago.

Some closer to Water Oak Point/Rock Creek, some over near the Magothy, some even near the Severna Park line.

The lot is mostly wooded (forest really - yep we are not called the city of oaks for nothing...) so irrigation is not a huge advantage to me.

I know the John young oak ridge area of orlando is a bit seedy but as a first time low cost purchase and if the numbers make sense would you consider it?
