The PM said the landlord called back a few months later asking to revisit their management service as during the floods, their current management did nothing, and now they have some issues.The second one was in a townhouse in a wealthy NYC suburb. 

Whether services are included in the rent or left to the tenant is a matter that depends on your preferences and the terms of the agreement.

I used these methods in combination to add a new account to track personal and business (non-rental) expenses from January 1 this year. 

This is a pretty non-aggressive sales technique if you ask me.  

It’s 100% bonus depreciation for properties placed into service in 2017-2022, 80% in 2023, 60% in 2024, 40% in 2025, 20% in 2026 and completely phased out in 2027.
