Their goal at this meeting is converting the audience into buying their $500 yearly membership which lets you attend a 2 day class that teaches you "everything you need to know" to be a wholesaler, buy and hold or flipper or apartment investor.

Most syndications are set up so that you own a membership interest in an entity that owns real estate. 

Hey guys, anyone interested in purchase a membership together? 

I submitted my application for membership to them so I can begin networking with the associate members outside the meetings, but I've yet to hear back.

I have gone through all the comments and while some are getting close to what may be considered over the line, they will stand for now as I believe the debate to be healthy for the BP membership to benefit from.

I signed up for a trial membership yesterday early and within a few hours I cancelled it. 

@Alex Hamden, If he sells you the membership interest in the LLC he recognizes a gain on the sale of the interest.
