The building is well maintained but I think it wasn't all updated with the latest wires so getting more electricity lines to the unit would be prohibitive.

Best way to find out the hot neighborhoods is to get a realtor (who is familiar with working with investors) who can give you a density map of latest sales, by neighborhood/area.
