Last thing I would suggest is to start with house hacking strategy where you buy a home as your primary weather it be singe family or 2-4 unit and rent out the other units or rooms.

I hated my life with property management for the first five years but the last five years have been great as we finally figured out how to do it right hahaAnd definitely no need to fix anything that isn’t broken.
