Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

The biggest hurdle in investing, from what I've learned, is to get the first one done. We'll, here it is. The first, but certainly not the last.

FHA loan

How did you add value to the deal?

Lived in it for 2.5 years while slowly fixing up the house and property.
