I would not 'divy' up the load between two agent because when it comes time to make an actual sale, you will only be paying commission to one agent and the other will be left high and dry with nothing to show for his 'half' of the work.

Specifically, looking for folks that could be referenced for parts of a rehab (looking to BRRRR) - including: inspectors, GCs, plumbers, electricians, dry wall companies, painters, HVAC, roofing, siding, flooring, and ideally any local cabinet / supply companies (would rather spend money with local businesses than big box stores where possible).I am not looking to waste any of these people's time before I have a deal lined up, but did want to start collecting contacts once I have something and thought I would start early.Thanks for any references you can give!

Namely: 1) Asbestos levels aren't above the "dangerous level" but will be there, if they continue to rise. 2) There used to be a dry cleaner on the property who may have not discarded of hazardous waste effectively.
