Hi All,Dilemma here......I have finally got all 3 floors in my 3 family rented...only issue now is the amazon blink system i have for cameras requires wifi...comcast (only provider in area) wont provide me with a plan because i dont actually have an address there if all 3 floors are occupied.

I just want to make sure that my BRRRR strategy is done in a kosher way.It's kosher but not too profitable kosher :)Every year, even if the house does not appreciate, your LTV changes by 6%.Now if the appreciation rate per annual is 5% your chance of selling higher was higher on 2nd year.So not just capital gain is free ; but your LTV upgrade to 12% and appreciation would be double digit on second year.I'm in favour of buying in winter of X year; rehab and live there until year X+3's spring time.
