Banks should soon be able to make greater risks with lending their money (yours) and can now lend to that neighbor who never should have qualified to rent the one bed apartment he is in let alone a SFH.

Having said that , 3 bed, I bath, single mother, student......I would not rent to this applicant.

There aren't enough hotel beds in the town to house half the number of tourists we have here at any given time, so the majority of housing is condos rented out to skiers and other tourists.

My wife doesn't mind me working to death but doesn't want to take the financial risk of our money in hand.

The sale price is 70k, the house is in good shape but I would need to finish the 2nd bed and bath.

Make sure your beds are as comfy as possible, and purchase two of everything for quick changeouts.
