I think that's a bit of a contradiction since dictatorship is defined as an autocratic form of government in which the government is ruled an individual.Either way, I'd think decisions voted in by the majority of the people would be better than that joke we have called the electoral college.

When someone asks me what I bring to the table, I usually assume that there is someone other than just myself sitting there, so I tend to define what I bring to the table in terms of what I believe the other party is looking for in my business... what makes them want to do business with me over someone who is equally as capable.

I'm definately leaning towards it, because I am thinking it's worth closer to $80K and could get $850 in rent, too.The lot is about 90' x 60' with the 90' being street frontage.

I found a 1969 Single wide, its definately old, and needs maybe a few repairs etc, flooring, painting, (who knows really what else, any advice here on what to look for?)

If you were to wait till the note seasoned then sell the note you would take a discount on the selling of the note.This is only good if you need the money now because it basically is the same as disounting the price of the home to sell it.Owner financing IMO is definately the way to go for a retirement income IF you can afford to do so.

Maybe not 2 days, but a longer period is needed I definately agree.I do not want someone going back and editing their post to correct the information and then being able to say "I did not say that" you are just making things up.I would think that during a nice conversation 4-6 hours should give you enough time to discover such an mistake.
