They overstay there check out time when the cleaning crews and next guest attempt to arrive they have 1,000,000 excuses why they can’t leave.

Are they partying late into the night with "guests" arriving at all hours?

Unfortunately when we arrived both my wife and I got very sick with the flu.

We did this just twice per year, specifically during March, when tax refunds generally started arriving; and again in September or early October, before tenants started spending money on Christmas gifts.
