So either show the house in a good fashion or dont show at all, keep them on record, who knows, maybe a year down the road they are still (again) interested...but dont waste a house tour when the house is dirty.Btw: Its really bad how some people can live like that!

I have the following team members:- Greeter (she greeted the people walking through the door)- 1st Floor, 2nd Floor and Basement "Tour Guides"- Closer (the real estate agent who encouraged people to bid)- Sergeant at arms or people who control the crowd and also acts as securityand10.

We also do occasional rehab tours of ongoing house flips, so you can see real deals in progress.Seize the day!

I am not going to blow smoke up them.I have given  7 tours of Detroit all for free. 

I know at the end of the show I watched, they had people coming through to tour the work that was done.
