I'm looking for some house flips (Houston area) but am finding the majority in the REO market have slim margins for the most part.

I work with a lender in Houston that will refi me immediately after purchase up to 75% of the purchase price.

The process of buying or selling a note is not rocket science, understanding what you're really getting into and knowing how to manage situations might rival rocket science, not sure, I'm not a rocket scientist.It can be much easier if you use a broker that you can trust, buy with your money and get a loan servicer, that's investing in notes.

Anyone know any Hud approved agents that could help me out in the Houston area?
