One basic slider is more functional and likely cheaper than 2 separate doors.Having toured many, many apartment communities, typically a glorified balcony is all that is needed.

If you can't fly or drive to your out-of-state location, have the agent video a tour of the home and the street and send it to you (on a property you're seriously considering an offer on).
