My focus is buy and hold.I study, read, and listen to podcasts and videos passionately( havent watched more than a few hours of tv since the day I began.I did get a real estate license and hung them with a broker, here in Atlanta.

Hi BP, I'm an out of state investor and have had trouble getting a spatial sense of properties through still images and short video clips my realtor has been providing.

We are planning to list around 360k per house and will likely stage them, get a full set of photos, and a drone video that i'll be happy to share.

Great videos try YouTube the "Wholesale to Millions"  channel he is pretty good at showing you a picture about the day to day and what to expect.... and does great live videos on Fridays ..you can ask questions he has covered everything if you look at his previous videos as well.  

I've never made a youtube video before, but I want to start trying to get some material out...

He complained about that (a lot) but my only response was to send him a link to the video showing the move-out condition and offering to meet him in court.

I watched tons of PrepAgent videos on YoutTube.
