Remember you still have to trigger and follow through the engagement with your target audience. 

Its a bit more pricey and if I remember correctly you need to put a wax coating over top after it dries but we have had great experience with chalk paint.

In addition, all of the sensors are named and Simplisafe has an app so you can set up your phone to get alerts about exactly which sensor triggered and what time, etc. can also arm and disarm the system from your phone.

There are more people interested in the "idea" of owning a property here than actually pulling the trigger.
