I should add that my brother works in Construction(remodeling) and right now I'm opening a company to get direct job from people to him so he could earn more, I am interested in this because it will provide me more communication skills as well as kind of sale skills.

Think about Property Management and Trades....do you have good HVAC people in that town you can call on? 

I think it has been a valuable skill to learn but I will eventually hire one.

I am not from your area  and did a quick zillow search that yielded a few old Victorian houses that definitely need a lot of work but could showcase your skills and in the meantime have a lot of rental potential if properly refurbished.

It's good to start by thinking about what skills you're really good at and what skills you could use more help with on.
