I'm sure there are tons of options to choose from. 

Start sourcing deals and become a deal magnet.That's one option.....I'm sure there are many.Find out who the big players in your town are. 

I would recommend making sure that you understand your financing options as well.

Failure is not an option in anything that I put my time and money into. 

I see two ways of attacking this: - Paid mentorship/training- Teach myself (YouTube videos, Reading, Trail by Fire basically) I am leaning towards the paid option because I do have the capital to pay for a program.

I would highly recommend hiring a designer for that one, even if it's just a virtual option.
