If they have a physical disability and the dog gives assistance, then the dog is most likely a legit service animal. 

Realistically it only takes about 20-30 minutes to draft up the necessary paper work and the "work" for any escrow realistically only takes about 4-5 hours of physical paper work and work for the entire month :)

@Jan Kerr I work for an electric & gas utility - I catch people stealing electricity and gas through data analysis and leads followed by physical inspections & testing.

It hurts so much I can feel a physical pain in my actual heart just thinking about it. 

I know turnkey is advertised to new investors but I think it is for people that know what they are doing and just don't want to be physically involved.

I think that some turnkey buyers are more comfortable with a physical asset instead of say stocks, bonds, etc.

Hello All,I have been plugging away at a large sum of student debt over 100k after attending Physical Therapy School for my Doctorate.

These protected classes are race, color, sex, national origin, family status (e.g. can't refuse to rent to a pregnant lady), mental/physical disability, and religion. 

I'm considering local to start off so I can physically be at the property but being able to do long distance certainly expands the horizon for more opportunities.
