Turnkey investing or House Hacking to start
I am still learning about real estate investing and plan on getting into it within a year or two. I am not sure whether to start out by house hacking or by doing an out of state turnkey property. I am also nervous about pulling the trigger when it comes to buying. If anyone could give me any advice on whether I should house hack or do a turnkey to start and how to best analyze a property I would greatly appreciate it,thank you.
