The alternative would be confiscation of private property and I just don't see that happen but who knows.Meanwhile in my marker we have a lot of cash buyers coming from Sillicon Valley who've been given permission from their respective tech employers to work remotely.

But I think everybody can get on board with passive income.Maybe sell her on the vision... traveling when you want, for however long you want, without asking for permission for time off from a job,getting sick/not being able to work, but still have all the bills paid for,have a brand new appliance, paid for by tenants,a new car, paid for by tenants,maybe a second (vacation) home in an exotic location, paid for by tenantsI'm sure you can think up other scenarios, especially ones that will resonate with her.Definitely give her kudos for trying to understand.

I know many insurance companies wont.My shepherd bit someone that walked into my home without permission.. just nipped her in the butt.. but she made a claim insurance paid it then excluded the dog from then on. .

My rehab locks also are inside-key deadbolts, and these are not permissible by some fire code for an occupied unit - so I have to swap them out anyway.
