I specify that it has to be at least 1000 square feet (SF) (bigger the better), it doesn't have to be a 3+BR, but if it's not and at least 1000 SF I can convert it to be a 3BR.

However, you would have to rework your current contract to be subject to SS approval  (which the buyer may or may not be into),or sell to another party, and if you are getting financing for the new house, that will likely fall apart as well

The dishwasher should be to the right of the sink as a large majority of people are right handed.There is a picture of a second fridge in the kitchen, but no mention of it in the listing.You'd have been better off putting the stove where the second fridge is and giving the renter more countertop space.
