I would say one of the bigger challenges is mass producing 100 or so homes a year in a time efficient manner and not missing a few things, that is why the inspection is so critical and why as a TK provider we fix most things that show up.I am glad the experience went well.As for the title company, I would like to point out we use 2, one for Memphis and one for Little Rock that are not related.

The infrastructure definitely needs improvement to attract AMZ but I bet they (& Jeff Bezo) will choose Virginia/Maryland/DC Area  because: 1) Bezo has a new home in DC  2) more talent and mass transit in DC.
