Commercial RE Agent - Southeastern Mass - Looking to Invest

Hello all,

My name is Bill Kingdon and I’m a commercial real estate agent in southeastern Massachusetts. I got into real estate after a career around hockey (coaching and refereeing most recently). I have been listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts for a few years but just decided to join the forums.  I’m currently looking for my first deal and am looking around for either a residential rehab or retail space that I can add value to; trying to find the right one! I'm most familiar with the market in southeastern Massachusetts, but am also trying to learn more about long-distance investing from some of the articles and podcasts here at BP and appreciate any feedback from more experienced investors.  Looking forward to getting more involved with the BP community!

William “Bill” Kingdon
