If self-selling a home is exactly equal to using an agent, why is the literally an entire industry in existence of buying from those self-sellers to than market sell via "standard" system of agents, FOR PROFIT.

I come home look to see if it's on market then send letter to PR (personal rep) Exuctor/trix.

Wholesaling is very uncommon in my market, and all the other local title companies and attorneys I called seemed to not know much at all about assignments and/or double closings.

If you are stugling at that level my advice is go out and leran the market.
