Hi all,Can anyone refer me to any eviction lawyers, preferably from personal experience.We work on underperforming 4-12 unit multifamilies and a large part of our value add is cashing out / evicting tenants - we want to make sure we have an attorney that we can run through our paperwork / cashout model to make sure we are covered from a legal perspective.We work on properties in downtown Los Angeles.Thanks,Glen 

I am wondering if there would be any legal reasons for me to not let her pay for this (could get me in trouble later for some reason).

Anyway, partner has a substantial amount of student debt (I believe $60k or so), I'm concerned how this would affect our arrangement, would I be liable for any of his debt? 

So we used to not get into any debt just to go to school.

Get rid of all bad debt before investing.

Whether guilty or not, the legal fees and time involved would not be pleasant. 

We are about $80,000 in debt with college loans, credit cards, and some personal loans that we took out in order to facilitate our recent move overseas.  

Just consolidate and pay down that student loan debt as quickly as possible.There are some limitations on the types of student loans that can be consolidated.
