Hi all,Can anyone refer me to any eviction lawyers, preferably from personal experience.We work on underperforming 4-12 unit multifamilies and a large part of our value add is cashing out / evicting tenants - we want to make sure we have an attorney that we can run through our paperwork / cashout model to make sure we are covered from a legal perspective.We work on properties in downtown Los Angeles.Thanks,Glen
