Contractor Once you interview for each team member and have the "team" you want to work with: then you can have a zoom meeting so that you have synergy with the team and so that they understand each other's point of view and way of thinking.

I would say to interview at least a few large companies as well as a few smaller brokerages.

Bring some sort of value to them when you interview with them -- is it social media knowledge?
