New Agent Looking to Join Agency in Colorado

Hi Everyone!

I just passed my real estate exams in Colorado and will be completing the other steps to get my license today.  I am looking to join an agency.  My area is essentially the Denver metro area, but more focused on the western suburbs.  What should new lincensees be looking for in an agency?  What recommendations do you have?  Which agencies should I look at or are looking to add new agents?  What would fair compensation/split of commissions/fees be?

Thanks!

Brad
