When I was going to college my father was buying and selling rea estate (mostly commercial) I was interest in being like him but at the time, when l got a business degree that emphasized real estate, I thought I could be like him but I was more interested in the construction business and stayed in it until I had a brain annuerism and stroke at age 54.  

Ideally I would like to make real estate investing my career which is why I am pumping all my savings into houses to start scaling now.

Ideally building a company that my son and I can operate together (He's 12 right now) and give him options if he decides that he doesn't want to go to college like myself.  

It always amazes me when I ask other brokers/agents WHO if you could create it would be your ideal client and then list the attributes.

Someone who ideally owns some investment properties themselves and understands cash flow and what matters to investors.I am looking at buying 1-4 unit, or 5+ unit residential building (non-owner occupied) as an investment property.Your help is much appreciated.With gratitude,Adam

The ideal cash flow on them may not be as good as some of the lower-end properties, but those low-end places rarely turn out to be idea. 

Ideally they wont have any "dog in the fight" and give you a straight answer. 

Ideally you would find a company that has everything under one roof.

Beleive it or not I had a brain annuerism and a stroke a little more than 6 years ago and I still cannot walk.  

Ideally, we would like to move her business in right away, but we can wait until September if we had to.
