At that point, we can visit each other’s oceanfront homes and ride on each other’s planes and talk REI to our heart’s content!!!

Its been an ok ride for me but after a more than a decade of class D stuff Iḿ navigating to B class for the most part. 

We're in a hot market so no doubt it's tougher but if you ride it out you'll be ballin' (much like the most successful realtors I know who hustled both during and after the financial crisis as other realtors were quitting left and right and those who stuck with it now have the track record, connections and a solid, well-known reputation to wildly succeed). 

This is a minor issue and yes they can be tightened, but the bathrooms were "apparently" remodeled in poor fashion.6.

It is strange for me to not have more ownership I am pretty much in the back seat along for the ride.
