FWIW half of mine are unsubsidized and they are still in deferral 3.5 years later. this has enabled be to buy a home, buy a rental and be buying a third home in abouut 6 months.

That LLC should have a contract with the property management company enabling it to collect rents, contract for maintenance, obtain tenants, etc.

If you somehow extract some or all of that equity, why not just focus on the most profitable buy & hold real estate you can find?

GreetingsIm a big data nerd, just wanted to know if anyone knew of a web portal or software, that is similar to sites like realquest, or property shark etc. where you can search by both Parcel and address to Find the owners names and mailing Address and property type, beds, bath etc...Ive been crawling and extracting data for free from the county site for some time, but now alot of county are cracking down on it, and also having to build a crawler for every county is a headache, i would like one place to get all the info from.
