Currently, I work as a marketing manager for an entertainment company, but I'm really looking to move into real estate in the future.

I am somewhat lucky in that I have a private lender willing to take my meeting and entertain the idea of doing business with me on fix and flip loans.

Good access to transportation, a variety of positive economic drivers (manufacturing, retail, Govt, info tech, medical, colleges), decent weather, affordable utilities & entertainment, low crime, etc. 

Then again I’ve been in sales most of my life so I’m entertained by swimming with sharks.

I won’t entertain posts that are disrespectful or demeaning like Dennis M’s post.

I don't see it as a work phone.....more of a entertainment/multimedia phone.

2nd contact:ME: So since it technically doesn't have a loan on it, would you entertain taking monthly payments if we can agree on a price and terms?

Hopefully it gives you some ideas, but I do want to state that this is for entertainment purposes only and not to be construed as legal advice . :-) I have two comments to consider.

At times, the stories are interesting to hear and provide for some good education and entertainment while riding in the car!
