@Joe Donlevy while I'm no expert, I think the SEV is typically half the actual value of the house.

Not sure how far you are from Bowling Green, but a University is an economic engine that drives the local economy. 

I’m bullish on this area of San Antonio (good mix of tenant/economic stability, solid neighborhoods/schools, with both some cash flow and appreciation potential).  

I was hoping to post here to start making some connections and possibly pick some brains of the local experts. 

I've heard the experts say I should show the numbers in writing to the other banks so they can try to beat it.My question is, how should I go about this?
