Just something interesting I thought I'd share:I opened today's mail, and found a $30 bill for a storm water fee for one of my rental units (one side of a duplex) in Delaware, OH.

Every home I buy with out garage I put one up (de-tached only) and create almost a second driveway lane as to not bother my home tenants if they do not want to rent it.

If tank is still full and nobody flushed its fine,,,if empty its leaking more than you thought.With our harder water, some deposits,,,I have good luck flushing the stool and taking my finger to where flapper seats and de scum that,,,also edge of flapper where it seals.

Any seller seconds are "de facto equity" for the investor/principal because in theory it would satisfy the debt holder's requirements to procure additional debt.

@Nancy Neville I owned 16 units when I lived in DE and I could not agree with you more.

It's not a leading indicator of desirability but you can combine it w/ other data, such as provided by @Wendell De Guzman, to decide if it's someplace you want to live and/or invest.  

the house was located in a cul de sac (which i like)  but if u saw the house you would think no way that house is 320,000!!
