If tank is still full and nobody flushed its fine,,,if empty its leaking more than you thought.With our harder water, some deposits,,,I have good luck flushing the stool and taking my finger to where flapper seats and de scum that,,,also edge of flapper where it seals.

the house was located in a cul de sac (which i like) but if u saw the house you would think no way that house is 320,000!!
